We make indoor footwear, and nothing else. Cotton, plush, memory foam and kids' slippers — developed and packed as ranges that work on a shop floor and on a marketplace listing.
We make one category and we have made it for a long time: house slippers. Cotton, plush, memory foam and kids' — cut, stitched, bonded and packed in our own workshop in Cixi, Ningbo. That means when we quote a price, the person quoting it has stood on the production floor that has to deliver it.
Most of what goes wrong with indoor footwear is decided long before production: a last that runs small, a colour that will not repeat, a sole bond that fails in the wash, a carton that wastes half a container. We would rather spend an extra round on samples than ship a range you have to discount.
What we get right
-

Materials You Can Account For
Every construction comes with its composition in writing and a physical swatch. If a customer, a marketplace or a customs officer asks what is in the slipper, the answer is on file rather than guessed at. -

Colour Matched Between Runs
We keep the approved dye swatch from your first order. A reorder six months later is matched against it, so the second shipment sits next to the first without looking like a different product. -

Sole Bonding That Survives Washing
The most common failure in house slippers is a sole that lifts after a few washes. Bonding is tested against that, not against a visual check on the production line. -

Packed the Way Your Channel Needs
Retail cartons with your barcode applied at the factory, polybags for marketplace fulfilment, or flats for institutional laundry. Packing is specified with the order, not decided at the last minute.
How an order runs
-

1. Enquiry & Quotation
Send a photo, a sample or a spec. We come back with a construction proposal, an **FOB quotation** and the MOQ. No charge, no obligation. (free) -

2. Sample Confirmation
We make pre-production samples in your colours and materials and ship them for approval. Nothing is produced in bulk until you sign off. -

3. Bulk Production
Production runs to the confirmed sample, with a date you can plan a shipping schedule around. Changes mid-run are quoted separately. -

4. Quality Inspection
In-line and final inspection before packing, with photos sent to you. Third-party inspection is welcome at your request. -

5. Shipping & After-Sales
We pack to your carton marks, hand over the documents and follow up after arrival to sort out anything that is not right.
