The chain came to us with a target retail price and a shelf width, not with a product. We worked backwards: which constructions land under that price, which of them can share a sole, and how many colours the shelf can carry without looking messy.

The result was six styles on two sole constructions, packed in printed cartons with the retailer's barcodes applied at the factory so the pallets could go straight to store.
